OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF
Reports to: Lead Pastor
Hours: Variable, up to 15-25 Hours per week (non-benefit)
Pay Grade: Hourly
The support staff is responsible for the running and management of NCC’s office, machines and volunteer personnel.

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Comfortable with technology (Apple OS)
- Database management
- Microsoft & Google Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Excel).
- Desired Skills: Graphic design, layout, and social media management experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception
- Be a welcoming presence in the front office to people in person and on the phone
- Manage the front office
- Provide office training for volunteers and staff as needed
- Recruit, equip, and empower volunteers
- Generally, help ministry happen through administrative and communication help
- Serve as a liaison with the I.T. Manager
- Make sure all technology systems within the office are operational and up to date
- Oversee the Office Budget
- Plan and track the office budget which includes: Office Supplies, Computer Systems, Machines and equipment
- Recruit and Train new employees, ministry volunteers, elders, etc.
- Telephone systems, office machines, and all other equipment as needed
- Production
- Assist in the production of publications and print materials
- Database
- Manage the database and ensure accuracy of information
- Train staff in the use and maintenance of our database
- Serve as Admin Support for the Lead Pastor
- This position works directly with the Lead Pastor
- Provide support in communications and planning
- OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
- Work in coordination with other office staff, ensuring:
- The office is staffed during office hours
- Coordination of gifting and skills
- Mutual respect and appreciation of skillsets
- Determining how to best handle the administrative needs of the Northeast
- Work with ministry leaders to Communications – work with graphics, promotions, announcements, social media, website, etc.
- Church database management
- All other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor
