For Kids and Students: We celebrate recovery for the whole family! Here’s what that looks like…

FOR KIDS:

Celebration Place – where young children learn about the foundations of Celebrate Recovery and how to understand their hurts and hangups.

CELEBRATION PLACE & EARLY YEARS
We aim to provide a safe, caring space for our elementary students to freely share their emotions and struggles. The program is designed to present what is taught in Celebrate Recovery with age appropriate language for kids so the whole family can discuss their recovery in an appropriate way.
CHILDCARE
is also available for little ones not yet in pre-k

FOR STUDENTS:

The Landing – where students in 6th-12th grade learn about their hurts and hangups and how to change unhealthy habits through Celebrate Recovery teachings, biblical lessons, and small group sharing.

TEACHING TIME
leaders present biblical truths and the same recovery principles that are presented to adults, but in fun, interactive, age-appropriate ways, so students can engage with, participate in and apply it to their lives.
SMALL GROUP TIME
using the same CR small group structure that adults use in their Open Share small groups, leaders guide students through a discussion of that night’s teaching time. Small Groups give students the opportunity to explore and personalize the recovery material from each teaching.

ULTIMATELY, THIS MINISTRY CAN HELP KIDS AND STUDENTS

learn how to break cycles of dysfunction and provide tools for them to live free and healthy lives.

Your First Visit:

For families with children up through 5th grade: check in is located downstairs in the lobby.  We can’t wait to meet you at the door and help you register your child for the first time!

Your child’s physical and felt sense of safety are equally important to us! We’ll use a secure check in and pick up system, and we’ll partner with you and your child to help them transition into their room and connect with their new leaders and friends.

For students: our 6th-12th grade students can check in downstairs in the lobby, where someone will meet you and help you register for the first time!

Students should register downstairs, then go into the ministry center to meet with the rest of the Landing who sit together.  After worship, they move to their own space downstairs with their adult leaders for their teaching time, then they break off for small groups. Students are dismissed all together at the end of the evening and can fellowship together in Crosstalk cafe.

We’d love to connect with you before you/your student visits
