On Thursday, July 29th there will be an Intergenerational night of music sponsored by Seniors on the Go in the Ministry Center at 7pm. Music by Gretchyn Lauer, piano – her brother, Gregory, saxophone…A concert in the round…Lattes and desserts served afterwards…This is a FREE event…

 

Thank you northeast!
Our goal for last week’s mission’s offering was $10,000. We needed $800 for a video projector/screen, $2000 for VBS, $3800 for teacher training resource kits, and $3400 for a well in Phaeton. Through you’re faithfulness and God’s provision, we raised over $11,500! We are aware that some still haven’t had a chance to give and are planning to this week. Give as God leads you. Even though we have more than we planned, God always shows us additional needs or has already provided for an expense that we didn’t foresee…He is perfect that way! We know He is providing all we need for the work He intends for us to do…we can’t wait to see what He reveals to us and to come home and tell you all about it!

Are you desperate for Him?
Summer can be so filled with activities, sports and vacations that God at times is neglected and our relationship with Him suffers. Don't let that happen this year. Join Janet Droy in the prayer room every Thursday afternoon through the summer from 1:00-2:30 as we passionately seek God's presence in our lives and in our church. We truly want to be desperate for Him. Jeremiah 29:13 says "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Let's seek Him with all our heart. If you can't make it every Thursday that's ok, come when you can.
